One thing that MSTRKRFT is known for is doing a great job with remixing pop songs. From Metric to Usher, John Legend to Kylie Minogue, MSTRKRFT has pumped out some pretty amazing pop-electro tunes that often far surpass the originals. The duo is back with a Katy Perry remix of her Calvin Harris inspired duet with Shoop Dogg, California Gurls. I’m not even going to lie to you, I love the song in it’s original form. Everybody is allowed a guilty pleasure or two, right? Pick up the MSTRKRFT version along with the indie-pop Passion Pit remix.
Update: Definitely pick up the Innerpartysystem remix. Especially if you’re a Snoop fan and want to cream your pants.
